Technical Competencies

  • Patient support and coordination: scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, reminders, and basic patient guidance.

General Requirements

  • Experience in clinical support roles or medical coordination (on-site or remote, depending on role).

  • Advanced English (C1 preferred) and fluent Spanish.

Note: Licenses, credentials, or certifications may be a plus—or required—depending on whether the role is clinical vs. medical-administrative coordination.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the patient flow: scheduling, confirmations, post-visit follow-up, and required documentation.
  • Capture and maintain accurate, organized patient information within files/systems.
  • Ensure adherence to internal workflows and confidentiality standards.
  • Produce concise status updates (follow-ups, open items, patients pending contact).
  • Escalate clinically relevant concerns promptly to the appropriate supervisor/provider.
