US Law Firm is seeking a Marketing and Digital Advertising Specialist with a strong background in graphic design and digital communication. This individual will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, creating print and digital marketing materials, supporting firm-wide marketing strategies, and assisting with general administrative tasks in coordination with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Create flyers and printed materials for use in-office and distribution to clients.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Propose and implement content strategies to increase visibility of our immigration services.
  • Track and report on basic metrics related to social media and digital marketing performance.
  • Provide support in internal administrative processes and assist with day-to-day operational tasks assigned by management.

Ideal Profile:

  • Academic background in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, digital advertising, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
  • Familiarity with social media and campaign management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (required).
  • Strong organizational skills and willingness to contribute to administrative operations.
