A US Law Firm is seeking a bilingual Legal Intake Specialist & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic legal environment that prioritizes excellent client service and timely case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle new client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and client consultations.
- Confirm appointments, interviews, and hearings with clients.
- Provide customer service and timely responses to client inquiries and follow-up requests.
- Support attorneys and case managers with administrative tasks as needed.
- Track and follow up on special client requests or case-specific deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in legal intake, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with immigration law (a plus, but not required).
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a U.S.-based legal team.
