General Requirements
- Advanced English (C1 preferred) and fluent Spanish.
- Experience in a legal environment, legal administration, or compliance (U.S. immigration ideal, not exclusive).
- Comfort working in a structured environment with metrics, SLAs, and quality controls (QA).
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and organize case files (forms, evidence, letters, and exhibits).
- Maintain accurate case status tracking (dashboards/trackers, internal notes, next steps).
- Coordinate with intake/communications teams to obtain missing information or documents.
- Perform quality checks prior to internal submission or filing using checklists and validation protocols.
- Document work clearly to ensure traceability and seamless handoffs across the team.
